Ideal place for kayaking, canoeing, clamming at low tide and swimming at high tide (water shoes are recommended). Large yard is great for lawn games and play. You won't want to leave your camera behind, the Sunsets are remarkable! Great place for walking, biking and exploring the island and all that it has to offer. Enjoy the peaceful and serene surroundings. Just a short drive to State Beaches, stores, restaurants and more. The washer and dryer and the second bathroom is in the basement which is accessed from the outside. Because of its peaceful location, there are limitations on the number of people and vehicles at the property in order to keep it that way. Parking is allowed for no more than two cars.
