Pleasant neighborhood location with easy walk to water, town, shops, restaurants and three parks. A small dog will be considered, sorry no cats. House is insulated and efficient on utilities. Heat is oil and there are two zones with Nest thermostats. Some storage in basement for a bike. A walk through tour is available.
